low-glycemic fruits such as green apples, berries, goji berries for
flavor, sprouts, green leafy veggies like spinach for minerals, and
superfoods like bee pollen, green powder, and blue-green algae.
Raw Veggie Salad - greens, cucumbers, carrots, beets, celery, cabbage with avocado and raw sauerkraut
dressing- soaked almonds, red pepper, spices blended
* Give the salad a new personality each day with different spices like caraway seeds or curry.
